The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) reviews the application process and makes changes to an application to assist residents, land owners, and tenants in applying for a zoning variance. As part of a continuing process, State statutes are reviewed for information governing receipt of applications, conflicts of interest for Board members, exceptional difficulty and hardship, general procedures for public hearings, etc. ZBA aims to make the appeal application process and proceedings user-friendly.
