PRESENT: Larry DiBernardo, Bettie Perreault, PeterZanardi andChester Officer Stephen

Redente.  Also present: Dominique Giroux. 

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

Approval 
of 
11-05-09 Minutes: 
On motion by Mr. 
Zanardi, 
seconded by 
Mr. DiBernardo, the minutes of the November 5,2009 meeting were approved on the 
following vote: IN FAVOR: DiBernardo, Perreault and Zanardi. OPPOSED:  None.
2. 
Requests to review citations:
a. 
Ms. Giroux reviewed 
the correspondence she had submitted in connection with Citation #030. Mr. Zanardi pointed out that the Citation had been 
issuedbased on use of calibrated Doppler radar. Itwas noted that this Boardcan only rescindaCitation or allowitto remain asissued;it doesnothavethe power to make modifications 
or reduce the charges. Ms. Giroux was commended for taking 
the 
initiative to 
state 
her 
case.    Based on thediscussion, on motion by Mr. DiBernardo, seconded by Mr. Zanardi,Citation #030 issued to Dominique Giroux remains 
as issued. 
The vote was: INFAVOR: DiBernardo, Perreault and Zanardi. OPPOSED: None.
b. 
It was noted that none of the other petitioners who had filed 
requests for review were in attendance. As this Board is relatively new, as a courtesytothese people should they arrive later thanthe scheduled meeting time, Board 
members agreed tokeep the meeting open until 7:30. Atthattime, with no other petitioners appearing, on motion by Mr. Zanardi, seconded by Mr.DiBernardo, in the absence of all other petitioners, no actionwas taken on 
Citation#013 issued to BenjaminMalone; Citation #022 issued to Jeffrey 
Lawrie andCitation #1054 issued to Susan Anderson. The applicablefines,penalties, costs andfeesbecomedue and payable. The votewas: INFAVOR:DiBernardo, Perreault and Zanardi. OPPOSED:  None.
